If we can not fix your machine, we will not charge you!

If you have a computer problem we will:

• Provide you with a free estimate 
• Collect the computer from your home
• Get your approval before doing any work over the estimate
• Return the computer to you with a list of all work carried out

We charge £30/hour plus parts and we offer generous discounts for Senior citizens.

If you have a problem with unwanted software (a virus, spyware or spam) we will provide you with free software to stop it happening again.
